Rental Criteria

What we look for.

We follow fair-housing law and review every application against the same published criteria. Reach out if you have questions about your specific situation.

  • Combined gross income of 3× monthly rent
  • Verifiable employment or income source
  • Positive rental history (no recent evictions)
  • Credit score considered alongside other factors
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • All adults 18+ must apply
