Common Questions
How do I pay rent? +
Through the Tenant Portal — bank transfer, debit, or credit card. You can also set up auto-pay. Payments can also be mailed to our office.
How do I submit a maintenance request? +
Use the Tenant Portal. For after-hours emergencies (no heat, water leak, lockout), call our maintenance line.
When is rent due? +
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee applies after the grace period stated in your lease.
Can I have a pet? +
Pet policies vary by property. Check the listing or your lease, and review our pet addendum requirements.
For Owners
Common Questions
How are you compensated? +
A management fee is charged as a percentage of rent collected, plus a marketing fee on new tenancies. Specifics depend on the property.
When are owner distributions paid? +
Distributions are sent via ACH between the 10th and 15th of each month after rent is collected and reconciled.
How do you screen tenants? +
Background, credit, employment verification, and rental history are reviewed against documented fair-housing criteria.
Can I see my property's performance? +
Yes — the Owner Portal shows real-time reports, work orders, and reporting any time, day or night. You will also receive monthly Owner statements which include copies of all documentation.
