What's included in the Resident Benefits Package? +

How does paying rent build my credit? +
We report your on-time rent payments to all three major credit bureaus. For most people, rent is their largest monthly expense — so reporting it means that payment finally works for you. We can even back-report up to 24 months of history.
When will I see my credit change? +
Reporting begins after a short hold (about 90 days) to avoid a temporary new-account dip; after that, each on-time payment reports monthly. Late payments are not reported negatively.
Do I have to buy and change my own air filters? +
No buying and no remembering — the right filters arrive at your door every 60–90 days. You just install each one within two days of arrival (a quick task that's part of your lease, and it keeps your energy bills down).
What if I get pests? +
Request treatment online and covered pests are handled at no extra cost — up to four service requests a year, each with a 30-day warranty. No hunting for an exterminator or paying out of pocket.
Is there a lower-cost option? +
Our standard package is $35.50/month. A lighter version at $19.50/month leaves out filter delivery and pest control — but a single pest treatment or a year of buying your own filters usually costs more than that difference, so most residents find the full package more than pays for itself.
